Our on-site Esperance team forms an integral part of the community, always on hand to help you feel at home and to ensure the smooth running of every aspect of Esperance.

From our management team to our maintenance staff, everyone at Esperance is dedicated, passionate and committed to providing the highest quality service.

The Esperance team will bring together:

General Manager
This leadership role is a full-time position dedicated to making sure the village is appropriately maintained and operated and our residents’ wellbeing is looked after.

Receptionist
This integral team member is on hand to welcome residents and guests, receive parcels, assist with administrative duties and answer day-to-day queries.

Lifestyle Concierge
Offering a hotel-style service, our Lifestyle Concierge is one of the linchpins of the village community, responsible for coordinating activities, events and resident groups. Our friendly Lifestyle Concierge will man the village bus, helping residents get to and from local destinations.

Baristas and Bar Staff
Crafting delicious coffees and whipping up drinks from behind the bar, our barista and bar staff are the heart and soul of our on-site facilities. 

Care Coordinator
Our compassionate Care Coordinator will be available to provide information and assistance on care options, facilitate home care services and help residents navigate funded home care.
