Great turnout for the official launch of Esperance!
This week we celebrated the official launch of Esperance Hope Island at a special afternoon event with VIPs and future residents. The cloudy weather didn't stop us from enjoying the entertainment and refreshments while hearing exclusive interviews with Reside Communities CEO, Glen Brown, hosted by award-winning TV presenter Kay McGrath.
Gold Coast downsizers turned out in force for this week’s official launch of Esperance Hope Island, with sales now open.
With one-third of the first stage Esprit already reserved, the strong turnout highlighted the outstanding local interest in the project while the celebrations showcased everything that will set Esperance apart.
Television personality Kay McGrath, whose affinity for the Gold Coast stretches back to her early media career, hosted the ceremony and entertained the audience with stories of her own efforts at downsizing.
Impressed with lifestyle on offer at Esperance and its location, she confessed she had even invested in property at Hope Island – albeit many years ago and made the mistake of selling way too early!
Despite the rumbling, bruise-grey skies, guests - comprising committed buyers and those browsing - took the opportunity to experience the wonderful waterfront location while meeting and mingling with future neighbours.
They also had the chance to enjoy the entertainment and refreshments, as well as gain some exciting insights directly from Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown, during a wide-ranging on-stage interview with Kay.
