All hands on deck as Esperance comes to life
From painters to tilers, cabinet makers and more, the waterfront site of the Esperance is currently a hive of activity as a multitude of community spaces are transformed before our eyes.
With the final structural elements of Esprit now complete, we look to other parts of the Esperance community as things start to take shape including the ground floor, commercial kitchen, cinema, as well as additional features on residences across levels 2 to 7.
The ground floor has now been painted and final touches are now underway, including the tiling of our indoor therapy-focused swimming pool.
Moving in to the commercial kitchen, all appliances have now arrived and will be installed this week. As for our luxury amenities, tiering of the cinema and flooring in this area has now begun.
The excitement continues for future residents, as kitchens, vanities, wardrobes and laundries on level 2 are now installed. Level 3 is close behind, with kitchens and vanities now installed which will be closely followed by joinery in the coming weeks.
Taking the next stop to level 4, joinery has now been delivered and installation is scheduled to occur next week.
As for our residents on floors 5, 6 and 7, sheeting is currently underway and final services such as electrical and communications are now being installed.
The highly-anticipated podium has also recently had the first concrete pour complete with the final pour taking place within the next fortnight.
For eager followers who may regularly pass by our site, you might have noticed that Esperance’s external feature branding has now begun. This marks an exciting milestone for our community as it will solidify the final architectural touches of the building.
Needless to say, it’s all happening here at our bespoke waterfront retirement community.
If you’re interested in what Esperance has to offer, you’ll be pleased to know that there is a limited number of two and three-bedroom apartments remaining within Stage One. Stage Two, Essence, is coming soon.
