Approaching the top at Esperance

We’re thrilled to watch on as construction of Esperance’s first building, Esprit, reaching Level 7, the final storey within the waterfront building.

The luxury community will soon become home to many that are eagerly awaiting the completion of the first building’s 76 architecturally designed two to three-bedroom residences, exclusive recreation amenities including a cinema, bar, café, library, private function and dining rooms, and outdoor barbecue and entertaining spaces.

In a big construction milestone, the Level 7 formwork has now been completed with the final concrete pour taking place right before our eyes.

Preparations will now begin on the installation of the roof fit out work in the community facilities, with all internal walls, windows and doors having been installed.

Electrical and mechanical services have also been completed on Level 2, 3 and 4 with all internal walls and windows being installed. Formwork is being removed from Level 5, which is allowing for the start of the services rough ins.

Excitement is building among our future residents, who are looking forward to living a vibrant and connected lifestyle at Esperance.

Only a limited number of two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus multi-purpose apartments remain within Esperance’s first stage.
