Construction nears the top on Esperance’s second stage, Essence

With Esperance’s completed first stage, Esprit almost completely sold out, the exciting second chapter nears the top at our growing waterfront community.

Construction on Esperance’s second stage,Essence, continues to make its way upwards, as more and more Gold Coast downsizers choose to call Esperance Hope Island their home.

With the boardwalk between the community and the stunning water-front canals now complete, the beaming ‘Esperance’ sign is also installed, visible to all from its enviable waterfront position.

The concrete structure of Esperance’s second stage is complete with focus now turning to installation of the roof structural steel and sheeting which is on track for completion by Christmas. Glazing is progressively being installed along with the external walls to enable fit-out of the apartment internals to progress.

Internal fit-out works are progressing well with wall framing complete to Level 5 with installation of services is following closely behind on Level 4. Sheeting in also well progressed throughout the lower levels enabling the commencement of tiling in Ground Floor and Level 1 bathrooms. Kitchen and bathroom joinery is being manufactured off site and will be delivered and installed imminently.

Works have commenced on the second half of the villages boardwalk with revetment wall works and services installation nearing completion, this will followed shortly by the path and landscaping installation leading into Christmas.

Following the success of Esperance’s first stage, Esprit, it's exciting to see the progress of Essence picking up speed!
