Esperance is preparing to make a splash
The vision of enjoying a morning dip before having breakfast with friends is one step closer to becoming a reality, as Esperance’s community pool begins to take shape.
Excitement is building among our future residents, who are looking forward to diving into a vibrant and connected lifestyle at Esperance.
We are only weeks away from the completion of the exterior of Esperance’s first building, Esprit, with the final touches being made to the waterfront building.
It the coming weeks, the Hope Island skyline will be transformed as the structural elements of the building are completed, the foundations laid for the plant deck as well as installation of the building’s roof.
Inside, Esprit has been a hive of activity, as construction on the community facilities moves full steam ahead. On the ground floor, tiling, sheeting, and painting are close to being completed.
Getting ready for future residents to make a splash, the final features of the community pool have begun, with tiling arriving on site in the coming days.
The Level 1 community facilities have all services now installed with sheeting almost complete. Level 2, 3 and 4 apartments have all bathroom and laundry tiling work being completed as well as having all services installed.
The luxury community will soon become home to many that are eagerly awaiting the completion of the first building’s 76 architecturally designed two to three-bedroom residences, exclusive recreation amenities including a cinema, bar, café, library, private function and dining rooms, and outdoor barbecue and entertaining spaces.
Only a limited number of two and three-bedroom apartments remain within Esperance’s first stage.
