Essence underway with windows set to be installed by Christmas

Esperance Hope Island is sailing to success! Stage one, Esprit, is almost sold-out and construction of the community’s second stage, Essence, is progressing at a fast pace.

Roof trusses have been installed and sheeting is now taking place, while windows continue to be installed and should be finished by Christmas.  

Joinery and tiling have been installed on the ground floor while painting is now complete on the ground level and first level.

Sheeting is continuing to progress well with framing complete to level 5 and sheeting predominantly complete to level 4.  

Last month we saw completion of apartment fit outs to level 5 and kitchen and bathroom joinery has been delivered onsite.  

As construction on Essence picks up pace, it’s exciting to see how the entire project takes shape.
