The first apartments at Essence are complete

Move in day is quickly approaching for Essence’s first residents, especially those living on the first few floors, as the first ground floor apartments have just reached completion.  

Up a floor on Level 1, apartments are in the process of final fit off, meaning they will also very soon be complete.

On Level 2, vinyl flooring is being laid while kitchens in Levels 3 – 5 are being installed. Next up our teams will be installing carpentry to Levels 6 and 7, bringing all of these homes one step closer to completion.  

The podium level is looking more green and lush thanks to planting works, while work on the boardwalk is also finished.  

Soon the scaffolding will be removed from the building’s exterior, revealing the architecture of Essence for all to see.
