Kitchen installs now underway at Essence!

It’s been a busy few months at Esperance as construction on the community’s second stage, Essence, progresses swiftly.  

Future residents will soon be able to cook up a storm and enjoy dining in their new waterfront apartments following benchtops, joinery and tiling now complete in apartments on the lower levels. Vinyl and carpet have also been installed in areas on the ground floor and apartments on level 1.  

Waterproofing is now underway on level 4, while electrical and plumbing fit-off is now complete for the ground and first floor homes. Meanwhile, external glass windows and doors have now been installed and sheeting has commenced on level 6.  

The boardwalk around the canals is now complete, and set to open upon completion, while the podium planters are currently being waterproofed to allow for soil, we can expect to see these planters installed in the next couple of weeks.  

As construction significantly progresses at Essence, future residents are gearing up for their brand-new, low maintenance homes.
