Kitchens underway and roof now complete at Essence!

Esperance’s second stage, Essence, has reached a construction milestone, with the roof now installed! It’s amazing to see the vision of the community unfold as work progresses well.  

The majority of windows and glass doors have now been installed, while tiling is also underway. Painting has now also been complete up to Level 4. Waterproofing on Level 4 is now in progress.

Sheeting has progressed through to Level 6 and framing is complete through to Level 7. Joinery is complete on the ground floor and Level 1, with benchtops already installed on ground. While down near the picturesque waterfront, boardwalk works are nearing completion with the full extent of the path now poured and plants installed too.  

As construction on Essence continues, it won’t be long before future residents can begin unpacking to start their next chapter.
