First taste of life at Esperance

We were delighted to host a week of long lunches for VIP guests to experience a little taste of life at Esperance.

August 19, 2020

Dozens of downsizers took the opportunity to taste what life will be like at Esperance during a week of free long lunches overlooking the water at Hope Island.

Every day from August 17 to 21, Reside Communities hosed a series of long lunches to introduce the groundbreaking project to Gold Coast retirees while serving a chef-prepared two-course meal on the deck of Esperance’s brand new sales display suite.

Esperance will ultimately deliver around 300 premium apartments and homes and one hectare of central parklands alongside 150 metres of prime water frontage.

Interest in the community has already been outstanding with the sumptuous lunches proving to be the perfect introduction to a new dimension in retirement living on the coast.

Attendees got to experience the stunning location, meet new people at the same stage of life, and have their questions about retirement living answered by our expert team.

The long lunches began with canapes of goat cheese mousse on arrival, followed by freshly baked rolls, Darling Downs chicken breast with pea puree, lardons, crispy potato, wild mushroom and button onion. The meals were complemented by a selection of premium beers, red and white wines and soft drinks, and finished with passionfruit cheesecake and mango mousse.

More long lunches at Esperance are likely in coming months but places are limited to register your details with us here, phone Justin on (07) 5510 9555 or email justin@residecommunities.com.au.
